I’m keeping it simple this week. Love yourself...boom...that’s what I’ve got to say.
Love yourself as if you would love your favorite small child...how would you nurture her or him? Do that for yourself - right now, today, this weekend, every day. The more you love yourself, the more you can love those around you. Everyone wins!
Me - I bought myself flowers this week....tons of them...and I put them all over my apartment so that every time I saw them I smiled and reminded myself to say...”I love you Patricia. You are freakin amazing!”
Funny how it’s so easy to tell others we love them, but to say it aloud to ourselves we feel a little silly or strange. I say “stop right there.” Go to the nearest mirror, look at yourself and resist the temptation to critique and/or criticize. Look into your eyes and say “I love you. I really, really love you (your name inserted here)” Boom...You’re done.
Why are you still sitting here staring at this screen? Get up, head on over to the mirror.....go ahead....keep going.....just do it! ahhh - Good for you! Big Love, PatriciaG
