PatriciaG’s New Chapter
Whimsical Christmas: Turquoise twinkle. Tutu rabbit. NYC holiday all sparkly and magical.
Ciao a tutti,
Happy New Year — Buon Anno!
I have to tell you I’ve missed being in touch. It’s not that I haven’t had anything to say. It’s quite the opposite. There have been so many words and thoughts swirling around in this head of mine. If you’re like me, you’ve simultaneously found yourself at a complete loss for words, with all the unbelievable, unconscionable, and unbearable that leave us speechless. Thus my silence.
In an effort to claim back some peace, I realized I needed balance. That balance, for me, is my creativity, my photography, my writing, and the healing salve of being in beauty. And I’m thinking you may need some of that, too.
This all put a fire under my butt to do something that's been on many past New Year's resolutions but never quite achieved. I've been wanting to make my website feel more like me, giving me the opportunity to combine my photos with my stories and share more from the heart. I believe this is the perfect time to do so.
So I began this labor of love, and after much work, I am truly happy to announce — insert drumroll here — the launch of the next chapter of PatriciaG’s website. It's going to feature some long-time favs, because some of the stories connected to the photos are too close to my heart to let go of, and many new photos that catch my eye, telling a story - a fleeting moment that may never appear again.
Here are some of the sites of the season that made me smile, gave me hope, and healed my (sometimes) weary soul. My desire is that they inspire you as well.
Moving forward with PatriciaG’s Blog I’ll be sharing the stories and “what about the times’”behind my photographs. I may even divulge some secrets only known to a select few.
And since this is a launch, I'd be remiss if I didn’t do a sales plug, so here goes:
All of my photos are available for sale in photo notecards and photo prints right here on PatriciaG’s website.
And with a desire to bring my photography into home and daily life, I’ve expanded my collection to include tote bags, coasters, apparel, throw blankets, pillows, tech accessories, and more in my RedBubble Gift Shop.
I hope you continue to take the ride with me as I begin this new chapter, and tune in for my “what about the time” stories that I’ll be sharing along the way. Please feel free to pass them along to friends and family who you think might enjoy them too.
Big Love and wishing you the most wonderful New Year,
PatriciaG
